Domestic Violence is frequently a learned behavior which may be passed on through generations. Domestic Violence is often enhanced with the addition of substance abuse. Pecking order battering impacts the entire family system, frequently being acted out in school, work and other relationships. Domestic Violence is often a family secret which may not be exposed until a crisis occurs. This workshop will help identify power and control issues, childhood trauma, which left untreated causes a great deal of future impact. Learn to recognize signs that will enable you to more effectively address family systems issues and impacts on children and families. Recidivism can be reduced with effective identification and treatment of childhood trauma, abuse and neglect.

Sex Offenders often struggle with a core of anger which must be addressed through the course of Sex Offender Treatment. Recognize when Probation may refer a sex offender for Anger Management Treatment and how childhood trauma impacts Sex Offender anger. This workshop will empower and equip you to better identify when treatment has been effective and when the safety of the family is deemed viable or not with an offender. This workshop will offer an interactive dialogue as Debbie presents an overview of the process of treatment.
