Increases the state Earned Income Tax Credit to 50% of the federal credit for tax year 2024, 35% for  tax year 2025, and 25% for tax year 2026 and beyond, with the opportunity to boost up to 50% depending on revenue growth. Combines 2 Child Care Expense Tax Credit to simplify filing and hopefully increase uptake.
