Colorado PEAK is a website which provides both information about and an application for health and human service benefits from any computer with internet access. PEAK allows clients to see if they may qualify, apply for benefits, and manage their account if they are currently receiving benefits.

PEAK Basic  10:00 am

This 60 minute session is for those who have not used PEAK – or who have very limited knowledge of the website. We will provide an overview of the website, the public assistance programs that are part of it, and how clients can apply for and connect to their benefits using online tools. Time will be provided for Question & Answer session.

This session will cover:

      • PEAK’s relationship to the evolving landscape of Colorado's implementation of the Affordable Care Act, especially connections between CBMS and Connect for Health Colorado;
      • Using PEAK to empower clients to manage their benefits and renewals;
      • PEAK enhancements currently in place as well as those coming up;

Attendees will:

      • Gain understanding of what PEAK is, how it's changing and its place in the state's vision of easing access to benefit information and enrollment;
      • Explore the slate of improvements and enhancements underway for PEAK;
      • Understand PEAK's connectivity to Connect for Health Colorado.

PEAK Advanced 11:15 am

This 90 minute session will provide more detailed information about the system and nuances for successful use. Rather than a training session, think of this time as consulting – you bring your specific questions and we will do our best to answer them all, or point you to the appropriate resources.
