Direct Service Provider Certification Program

This series of seven, 3-hour, in-person workshops will be conducted over 3 months. Sessions are from 2-5pm on the scheduled dates (download the Outline for detailed schedule). This unique format offers opportunities for education, practice and coaching. The goal of each session is to enhance knowledge, skill and confidence in providing effective client-centered care. The workshop series includes the following topics.

Direct Service Provider Certificate

A certificate for Direct Service Providers is available upon completion of all in-person workshops, plus the completion of ten online courses. The online trainings include the following topics. For additional information, please see the Direct Service Provider Online Training document.

I am the clinical person on the Diverse Management Solutions staff. I specialize in clinical supervision in the form of training (in-person and online), as well as individual and group sessions. We serve licensed and unlicensed individuals, as well as programs and organizations. I have expertise in many areas, including HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, mental illnesses and much more. I also provide coaching to clients who are motivated to maximize their assets.
