Networking Happy Hour at Brewability

Join The Network board and staff for an evening of networking with your colleagues along with some great music, pizza and beer. All at a place that is centered around supporting people with disabilities. We’ll even buy your first drink and a slice of pizza (for event registrants only). We're bringing you another opportunity to connect with peers who experience the same ups and downs that you do. We want to makes it easy for you to find resources and support. Come for this casual, drop-in affair and network with others in the human services field

Our host, Brewability, is a craft beer pub in Englewood run almost entirely by people with disabilities. The bartenders have autism, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy. Some are blind, deaf or have traumatic brain injuries. They learn how to brew, make pizza and serve the clientele.

Music that evening will be provided Dean Swedberg, a talented local musician seeking to enrich peoples' lives through his music. A superb cellist. Dean also sings and plays guitar, piano, and percussion. He loves performing for people who enjoy the restorative qualities of music.
